The complaint against Zwicker and Zwicker speaks for itself:
"I am disabled with a traumatic brain injury and because of that injury I am bipolar. My injury happened while I served in uniform. I have a medal of bravery and the purple heart. I live on a small disablility pension. I fell behind on my American Express bill and now their attorney, Kevin M. Hughes of Zwicker Law Firm, 5600 Bigelow Commons in Enfield, Connecticut, is suing me. This corporation and the attorney know that I'm disabled with a purple heart but they don't care. They want to get my disablility. Corporations & and attorney's like this ask people like me to shed our blood for them, then take everything we own."
American Express should be ashamed.
